After purchasing around R70, 000.00 worth of furniture from Studio Blue, our experience went from great to unthinkably bad. Studio Blue's delivery team damaged both our new home as well as numerous items of our furniture during the delivery, and while they have agreed to replace a few bar stools, none of our other issues have been resolved. Damage to our home included paint and plaster knocked off of walls, a scratched balustrade, and a 10cm hole through a bedroom door. What's worse, is that the delivery team was both arrogant and dismissive when confronted with the consequences of their carelessness.

Studio Blue claims to be a supplier of premium furniture, but the experience for us, ended in the showroom. The service they've provided thus far has been some of the worst we've ever had, and we're both disgusted and disappointed.

I think it would be fair to say that when it comes to Studio Blue, the initial impression might be one of up-scale products and service, but the after-sales experience is one that leaves a great deal to be desired. Therefore, buyer beware, and when making your purchase, budget for an attorney!!!
