Worst owner attitude and service

I'm a third time returning client with the most horrific experience 3rd time round. They were late, came with the wrong truck (when instructions was given), broke my dinning table, treated my new place like a dumpling ground and most of all the owner had a very bad attitude. He does not know what client services means. They've taken my table for fixing and did not deliver as per commitment. No communication on status updates, and when calling them, all I get is "we are busy"! and I don't have your number. Which business does not have a client's phone number??

I would not recommend them to anyone going forward, this owner has no respect for the line of business he is in nor for his clients!
