Studio Blue Customer Profiling is Disgusting

I have never in my life had to endure the most disgusting service ever. As hard as this is, Studio Blue Clearwaters Mall use "Customer Profiling" just by looking at the client, and they choose to either assist or not. I just bought another house in a beautiful Estate and we wanted to furnish, we went to the store, the consultants there would not even look at us let alone to ask if they could assist us. We looked around and the people were sitting at their desks on their computer without even noticing that we were there. I therefore asked for assistance, and the sales person there gave me such an appalling serving as if I wouldn't afford the furniture there. It is safe to say that, we then went to Studio Blue in 4ways, where we spent over R150k on furniture there. My wife did the same exercise again at Clearwaters, a guy by the name of Michael would not even greet her, telling her according to his Venda culture, women have to greet the men first. I couldn't believe that people even use chauvinistic behaviour even at their work place. In a nutshell, the quality of service at this store really. They judge you by how you dress, not about the potential business you can bring. SIES
