On the 19th of April, I bought a lacewig online from your company and it had been delivered at my Employment which im currently working at which is Nedbank location 6 Press Avenue, 19 April 2013 date, and this was in regards to Cash on Delivery being that the goods be seen 1st before making the official Payment.
Unfortunately, your product [the Lace wig which was ordered is not the same as the one that was ordered online] and the service was inadequate] because [the lady who I have been liaising with confirmed that the item which was ordered is indeed the one that was ordered but compared to the picture and the actual items was not at all the same]. I am disappointed because on the same day the lady was sent an sms as well as an emails confirming that the product was indeed not correct and that a refund be paid back and for the item received to be collected in return of a refund, reason I did not want the product anymore was that the product was not of
