Spares and Price request ignored

I first phoned Toys 4 boys requesting a part for my Linhai scooter. I was promised an email with the price till today NO EMAIL. I then sent an email listed under their contact information to which I also got NO REPLY. I then sent Wynand a SMS to to his phone and guess what??? STILL NO RESPONSE OR EMAIL??
I CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE AS THERE WAS NO SERVICE. THANKS TOY 4 BOYS.
I will email LINHAI SA about this problem directly
