On the 12/09/2013 I sent an email request to [Email Removed] requesting a cancellation, if possible, of the monthly PROTECTION PLAN on my loan. I have not received a response since then.

I sent another email yesterday requesting a settlement quotation... not sure if I will receive any response...

This is just putrid service from an organisation of this size!!!

I suppose to get some attention I should rather skip a few payments just to get a reply???
