Billed for services that i was not aware of!!!

I was due for an upgrade on my contract. i wanted the same contract which costs R150. The guy told me that this contrat is 160 but he will charge me 150. I asked him a million times if there is any more costs that i will to be billed for. he said NO. my next payment will be the same R150 and if i use more than minutes i will be billed for it. Come end of the month i am charged R160 for the contract, R80 for the upgrade (i did not know about) and an additional R100 for cellphone subsidy. I did not even know about this. If i had known i would never taken the contract from them. I would just waited for the contract to end. When i went in to the store and asked a consultant she said it is because i have upgraded before the contract ended. this is really frustrating and i asked her to tell her manager Ashnee to call me on monday. She sent her an email in my presence and to date that women has not called to explain or even rectify the problem. I need to take this up further if the money is not put back into my acc as this is quiet ridiculous. I had a problem with this company before. i thought id give them a second try but they are still useless. Really frustrated at this.
