Misconduct/Unfair practice

I was renting a townhouse from len Schoeman in Boksburg for 5 years, never late with one payment or caused any problems, I gave my 2 months notice as stipulated in their lease agreement and also vacated the place 10 days early, we painted out the complete town house and ensured it was left ready for the next person.
30 Days later after phoning on numerous occasion for my deposit, they started being rude, and when I finally received the money I only received half! please make your own consumptions whether or not to rent from them.
