Billed for cancelled SABC license

I cancelled my SABC license several times over the past 6 years, as I have a PDP display without a tuner connected via HDMI to a DSTV decoder connected to a satellite disk, i.e. the broadcast signal is a satellite signal, not an extra terrestrial signal, hence SABC is not licensed for it, and has no grounds to require payment for a license, yet I am being called and sms's constantly.

So my faxes and emails have been ignored, and I am blatantly being bullied to pay for a license for channels I have not watched in over 10 years. I don't care about the amount, I am deeply concerned by a company throwing their weight around, ignoring my cancellation requests and pushing debt agencies to get me to pay for something I don't use. Its the principle.
