On the 27th Day of March 2013 I took an Audi A4 1.8 T to East London Quigney Branch, to replace the windscreen. At 14:20 I handed the keys to the manager known as Morne. He told me it would take 2Hrs30. At 16:45 I returned to Glasfit and found that the centre was closed. After phoning the call centre I manage to obtain the owner/manager's cell no. He told me that his trading hours are 07:30 - 16:30. I then told him that I need the vehicle to travel back home. Morne then told me that he was on his way to another client and that he was not sure if he would be able to come back to his business to open in order for me to get the car. I then explained to Morne that I live 138km from East London and that I needed the vehicle. His reply: "Do I have to repeat myself". Shocked!!! I hung up and I phoned my brother to come fetch me in East London.

3 The owner of the car is my wife.
4. Next morning he just sat in his office and an rude employee kept saying they've spoken to the owner.
To all Management at Glasfit Good Luck, your service is something else. I have got no idea why people would support you.
