Concor Roadworks
DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONCOR ROADWORKS ON CAR

Concor Roadworks is currently rebuilding the R104 road between Bronkhorstspruit and Pretoria. To begin with, their way of controlling traffic is not safe for the road users, as there were accidents on this road (a collusion I know of just outside Bronkhorstspruit Riamarpark), because traffic were coming and going from all directions. Many times myself had to pull off the road after given a green light, but with cars coming from the other side. Not only the danger Concor put the road users in, but many road users is complaining about the damage on their vehicles. Many times the road was open to road users while the tared surface is still wet, sticky and full of loose little stones. Tar was splashing onto our cars, while stones was sticking all around my sticky wheels. Loose stones is even still on the "finished" part of roads where the reflectors are installed already and and driving lines is painted. My windscreen have a few stone chips, and a crack, caused by loose stones. ALL my headlights and spotlights is broken by loose stones from the road. My paintwork is damaged on the front end, as well as the sides of my car. I request a claim to Concor for damage caused because of them.
