PROBLEMATIC TRAFFIC LIGHTS

Over the past few day the dept was working on the traffic lights at the intersection of Plattekloof Road and Olienhout ROad (intersection by Panorama hospital). There is a green arrow that goes on for the vehicles coming from the highway side turning into Olienhout Road, now all of the sudden, there is a green arrow that goes on AT THE SAME TIME for the cars coming from PicknPay side turning into Olienthout Road, so now you have traffic from opposite sides of the road going in THE SAME DIRECTION. There have already been accidents, but who is help liable. I travel with 2 babies and I shudder at the thought of something happening as a result of the incompetence of our Municple services. I have called 3 times now and nothing has been done.
Is this just going to be left or will it actually be seen to seeing as its PEOPLE LIVES THAT YOU ARE PLAYING WITH!
