Movie. mixup

On saturday the 6th July 13 I hired 3 movies for my son 1 of which he already had Cars 2.I returned the movies on the next day. On Tuesday the 9th @ 11:31 I received a call to say I had returned my copy & they had mine, mply apologised & promised to bring it back. On the 11th I received a voice msg from an unknown no stating I should receive the movie asap as it 4 days overdue. I tried to explain to the lady that I simply forgot & she insisted they have beentrying to get hold of me & I have not been responding, which was. Surprising to me coz I respond to every call I miss or voice message I get as I use my phone both for business & personal use. Apparently sheleft a message to an old reference I have not seen or heard from in 5 yrs. I insisted on speaking to the owner which I was told was unavailabe & would be available when I return the movie, few minutes later a lady took over & told she was the owner. I returned the movie, paid the fine & asked to delete my membership coz I felt I was treated like a who tried to their movie. The owners were polite on the phone but the guy just sided with his employee @ the end.
