Make-up Cancelled at Last Minute

It is my son's themed 21st this Saturday (26th Oct) and I had booked 4 x stage/Halloween make-ups to be done by Sherese Lubbe from Natural Skin & Beauty (ex Spoilt). I have communication in writing confirming this arrangement.

She sent me a message this morning saying she 'forgot' she had an exam this Saturday so is unable to do the make-up. Leaving all 4 of us at a loss for who to now use? It's specialised make-up so I can't just book any old make-up artist. My son, let alone myself are really disappointed as a 21st is once in a lifetime and we had planned our costumes around this.

Shocking, unprofessional behavior on Sherese's part. I will never book her for make-up or any other treatments again. I wonder how many other people have been dropped just like that.
