Gardena service centre pathetic

In January 2013 I dropped off two watertimers for repair at the Gardena service agent in Flamingo Park Durban.
Despite numerous phone calls plus a visit to the service centre to explain what the problem was the timers have still not been repaired.
Please Gardena go back to your previous local agent in Durban who provided a much better service
