Screws in Dog Food

I recently found 2 x screws in my Montego Dog Food. I emailed their Customer Service Department on Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning I got a reply from Montego. They were extremely apologetic and asked for details so they could investigate the matter further to avoid any further incidents. They insisted in replacing the 25kg of dog food too. Great and friendly service.
