Incorrect registration with credit bureau

MBD Inc. registered my name on XDS credit bureau on 15 April 2013 for a Capitec account I have paid up and which is updated in my credit profile as such. I finished paying towards the Capitec Account through ARA Trust in October 2012 with final payment having been R200. I had communicated this payment arrangement in place with ARA to an MBD consultant who phoned me in about September 2012. I want their registration removed as soon as possible.
