Incompetant and useless

Dis company is so useless.i hv made a payment on my husbnds account for virgin active whch i never heard abt b4..its da 1st tym im getting calls frm dese attorneys nw demanding a sum of mny fr da gym, well neway i had dne cmplete paymnt a week ago yet dese incompetant consultants still call husband while hes very bz at work after me tellng dem soo mny tyms nt to call hm..well dey stil call evryday askng for hs paymnt..dey apparntly cudnt find it..i hav sent thru proof of paymnts to 4 diff people includng virgin active but still it hasnt updated on der useless and delayed system..is dat my problem? dey claim der business hours on strdays r 8:30-3 or wateva yet dey call huby at 8 in da mrnin..makes me wonder wetha dis cmpany is reputable..really disgusted and annoyed at da service..i would never wana hear of ds cmpny or virgin active again..and btw i dnt even understnd wat paymnt dey nw want wen my vrgn actve acc was settld n closed 6 mnths bk..dey should close dwn or get trained ppl who know wats going on..
