Acc unfairly handed to lawyers

I joined virgin active jan last year. In may I froze my acc due 2 the fact that I was out of work, wen my acc was unfrozen in oct my acc was immediately handed ova 2 the lawyers.worst part is that I made arrangements 2 pay wat I owed but wen I went 2 the KC branch I was told I cudnt pay my acc. I find this unfair, how can I b told I cnt pay my acc after making arrangements? Wat was the point of even bothering 2 make an arrangement. No explanation watsoeva 4rm virgin active. Now I hear that I won't be able 2 renew my contract after paying my arrears as I am now back @ work and can afford gym every month. I asked the lawyer if I would be able 2 renew my contract after payin wat I owe and he said yes. I really need 2 renew my contract as I do not wana gym @ any other gym. Can sum1 plz call me & explain to me about wetha I'll b able to renew my contract or not!
