PAYMENT ARRANGMENTS

After making payment arrangements with RL Daly call centre in September 2012 for my Edgars account, I am still receiving calls every other day requesting me to confirm/arrange payments to be made to them. Not one payment has been skipped & bear in mind that they charge you for every call they make to you. Today was the last straw when another over-eager consultant calls to speak to me, addressing me by my maidan surname when they are SUPPOSED to have updated my details on their system. I was even reminded that the call was being recorded... goodness graciouse me, if that was the case why do they not use the techology available to them to before making calls to honest people trying to clear their names after going through a bad patch & rather send an sms saying thank you for honouring their payment arrangement. But lo & behold after giving the lady on the other end an ear full she says she is in fact calling to thank me for my payments yet excatly a minute after I put the phone down I received an sms saying "PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT RL CONFIRMED FOR THE 30/04/2013" These ppl are ridiculouse & I laugh at the unprofessionalism. I wonder if one can lay charge at KZN Law Societ?
