Tired of being bullied by jm attorney staff

I have made arrangement to pay my acc 3 months ago n i have stuck to payment arrangement. I am aware that the amount is too less but this all i can afford. Today unathi calls me and tells me no payments were received and that i cannot make manual payments and i have to open a bank account. Who the is she to tell me that i need to open a bank account? I am making payment so what is the problem? Then i ask for a manager and she said no i have to speak to her. Please can someone call me regarding this or i will lay a complaint with the ncr.
