Keep Changing the Goal Posts

I had an account with Vodacom - and ran into financical diffultities - however have been trying to sort this out. In January 2013 a lady from the above company phoned me and said that they were offering me a 60% discount on my account bringing it down to R 10 084.00 - I never agreed however on the 3 March 2013 I started paying R 2000.00 a day - I finnished on the Friday 8 March 2013 (total paid R10 084.00) I now receive calls and sms from the company to say that the discount in question was only for the month of January 2013. I sai to the person that phoned me that the latest sms I received was on the 4 March 2013 and the said amount of R 10 084.00 was again highlighted. Have tried to phone and sort this out however they seem to employ a bunch of. Please help
