I opened a RCS account 5 years ago and due to financial problems occured that time, i failed to pay it. After that nothing was said about it until this year when i started to receive the calls from this attorneys. i sent them an email thrice stating this law " In terms of the Prescription Act, 68 of 1969 (the Act), " but still they keep on calling me, they are a law firm and they should know this laws before they intimidate people with the unproffessionalism that they have. Im protected by the law.
