Non payment 7 years later...!!!

I had an accident in 2006, at the time I took out a gym contract... After my accident I was not allowed to do any physical training for 6 months and then cancelled my contract with Virgin Active. Today, 7 years later, I get a sms saying "You have failed to respond to our sms submitted notice of non payment to XDS a registered credit bureau." I never received a first, second or third written notice of non payment from MBD, I never received any notification to respond and again 7 YEARS later I am threatened with such. I immediatley picked up the phone to try and find out whats going on, 6 times later, 4 of which dropped I am fed up. I am employed in the financial services industry and is extremely well versed with the necessary acts related to such credit agreements. I urge you to provide me with any previous written notices, according to the act, that is your requirement before approaching any bureau...!
