NCR is failing me

I dad typed an e-mail to NCR lodging a complaint regarding their registered bebt counselor.
I got a response from the Alvira Phiri, however it wasn't of much help as they can't get hold of
him with all the details I've supplied them with. My dilemma now is FNB is goin to judge my name if they haven't already! Please i do really need your help, your are my last resort!!! Should you need all the details and prove of some sort, I can help with such. My NCR ref#C29782. Many thanks.
