Oh Boy! Will this ever end? (follows 15/03 report)

The comment on the response from my complaint posted 15 Mar. about using the "official and appropriate channel" is uncalled for and insulting. My original complaint stated that I had sent several mails and made several calls with NO responses. It was my last resort to post here. I sent Nazley a mail with the details on Sun 24/03 as requested and GUESS WHAT? I haven't had a response to that either nor have my queries been resolved... not even a "working on it" response! WHAT, on earth, am I supposed to do to get this sorted out and get my reimbursement? It annoys me no end having to spend so much of MY time writing mails, making calls and trying to figure out what is going on with the mess caused by others' incompetence when we pay an EXORBITANT amount in fees. I KNOW we deserve better treatment than this.
