I just want my money!!

I have purchased a townhouse unit through REMAX (the conveyancing attorney's are Du Plooy Inc) and had to put a deposit down of R2000-00 (Two Thousand Rand) to secure the townhouse unit.

I was told that I will receive my R2000-00 on date of bond registration. The bond was registered on the 28 January 2013 and to date I have received empty promises and lately no response to my email enquiries regarding my money.

I was promised by Nicola from Du Plooy Incorporated on the 31st January that I will receive my money within the week. Nothing to date has been paid to me.

The level of service and non-communication is shocking. I want my R2000-00 back and with immediate effect.

Is it such a mission for the attorney firm to pay the R2000-00 back to me??

Why don't they bother replying to my numerous email requests for the payment??
