Promises, Promises, Never refunded R2000

Ordered and Paid for Nexus 10 tablet from them. After many delays and broken promises, I asked for my money back on Feb 21. Promises, promises, took a lot of my time emailing back and forth, they keep saying they were done in by one of their suppliers, as if that is my problem. In the end to today they have never returned the last R2000. Still promise every time I call. Seems like they are silently removing traces of themselves from the web.
