Very often we complain about poor service, which is the right thing to do. It is also necessary to also recognise good service.

Phoned the call center (086 101 6622) earlier today and spoke to gentlemen called Moses. Not only was he efficient in dealing with my query, he also had a very pleasant attitude. One expects such a call center to be very busy this time of the year, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't wait for very long on the line.
