FNB Just doesn't Care

Handed me over to attorneys without even contacting me with the issue at hand, I received an sms Friday from Symington & De kok Attoneys Stating that Your FNB acc has been handed over for collection contact them urgently to avoid Legal action, so the next day i called the call center spoke to Lerato who told me she cant see an issue to email her the text and she will find out what this about (still awaiting that call), then yesterday i get a call from the attorneys saying when am i paying? I replied i will pay once i get an email stating whom handed me over from FNB the amount and payment details she reply no problem ill get my manager to do it for you, i got nothing then this morning i called spoke to Sunet from the attorneys got the email and no name from who in FNB spoke to her again no she cant tell me that where by i emailed her and asked what documents she has then to collect money because if she cant show me documents any body can say they people owe then money (refered her to the CPA act page 62 Part D
Right to disclosure and information) no docs still started when i went into Keywest FNB and asked to close my acc and was told you must close it at the branch opened
