Illegally access to my personal detals

I bought a bakkie sometime in 2012 obviously a second hand vehicle. A few weeks ago (2014) i got a letter in my post Box from VFV Attorneys with intentions to summon me to court. Apparently i was involved in an accident in Pretoria on or about 2012/06/05 they say.

The letter stated that failure to contact them will result in summons being issued and listing on credit bureaus.

This is so interesting and i`m upset at the same time. They have intentions to sue me for an accident that i was involved in before i bought this car (strange) and they don't exactly know if i`m male or female as they address me as he/she.

These "Attorneys" only have is a registration number and they went to the traffic department to get details of the current owner - my initials, surname and my postal address and that's a concern because to me this is so illegal because anyone can just show up on my door step if they have my registration number.

Surely these attorneys go this far just to make money without even having facts or details of the accident.

Whoever L Koekemoer is needs to apologize for this infringement into my personal details file at the department of traffic. i don't take this nonsense.
