COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT - LAUREN unprofessional

Eceived an SMS from MIWAY stating that i was in an accident on 10/06/2012 next step SUMMONS? this being the first time i ever heard of an accident, I received a call from LAUREN in the MIWAY LEGAL DEARTMENT and all she mentions is give me the reference to the sms? I provide her with the reference number and ask what is this in connection with? she mention the accident you have been involved in in Blue Downs. I laughed and mentioned i was never in blue downs. It was a 3 car pile up??? very strange because I still have my car all in one condition and still driving perfectly fine? i asks how she gets my contact details and she wouldnt say - instead she tells me i should not be so defeansive. If need be i will provide you with the call recordings! I am shocked as i was NEVER in an accident nor ever in BLUE DOWNS. she mentioned its a silver Astra I have a polo. The way she deals with clients are so Pathetic!! and instead of explaining to me from the start what its all about she was very rude. I am willing to take further steps in this regard because this matter was dealt with very unprofessionally, especially since I was NEVER involved in the accident. Please explain
