I registered a civil claim against a builder with Lipco in 2005 - one and only time I ever used Lipco. The case was only heard during February of 2013 in the high court in Pretoria - due to Lipco messing up a number of times. After numerous calls and promises to pay the lawyer who represented me - it is still not done. One year after the high court gave sentence against the builder, Lipco has yet to pay the lawyer and or to give instruction to execute the warrant. I spoke to Candice Pretorius, Curtis November and Calsa Williams. Each promised payment... Calsa promised on the 17th that the lawyers will receive their instruction to execute the warrant and that they will receive their payment soon. Just spoke to the lawers and nobody from Lipco has made contact yet
