I am even more frustrated NOW that i was a month ago. I logged a case with Lipco Legal wanting to know my rights about exam access, assignments etc. It took them a month to tell me EXACTLY what it says in my contract with the institution. Now, I'm not a lawyer, but that bit I could have figured out myself. If it was just a question of my assignments were late on purpose etc. i could understand being denied exam access. But there were other circumstances and events that led to this incident. I had to phone 5 times to get feedback from Lipco, only to be told that they take 2 weeks to respond. I'm so lucky I was not sitting in jail!! Then I had to send my case through 3 times to try and get my point across as to what my query is, which they STILL do not understand. I even went so far as to put it down point for point, tried explaining it date by date. It seems that they are NOT lawyers, because a lawyer will take his clients rights and interests at heart and try to find level ground between the company and the client. But NOT LIPCO!!
