Why am paying Lipco law

My Police No 71020585 this is my second complain for Lipco first it was for my son now am launching another complain i report my incident that the big electric pole fall on top of my house and damaged my house.i call lipco about advice they tell me they can help me because this is not cover, They will organised the lawyer for me and i must pay by my self .i don't understand am paying the lawyer every month R155 for what am tied if u can't help me please cancelled my police with the immediate effect
