I started phoning MBD for a settlement amount from the beginning of December. Al last I got a settlement amount after nearly a month.
I paid the account and it reflected on their side on the 27th of December. Now the big problem... I want a letter to say that the account is paid in full. The Supervisors there works in shifts so you never talk to the same person. Every time you think you are getting somewhere, you phone and talk to someone new, who first have to look at the case before they can help you. Today 13Jan 2014 I have been phoning since 9h00 in the morning, every time I have to speak to someone else, customer care, Morazedi, Morazedi customer care, Russels itself which the account was originally with. I climbed in my car and went there today, but they only gave me MBD's number again. Really I am fed up, they want you to pay, but when you want proof that you have paid the say " Please be patient with us mam" How long still? After two weeks no response! And don't even begin to think they will phone you back... I don't even leave any messages any more... Pathetic really
