MBD ATTORNEYS IGNORING MY REQUEST

On 26 November 2012 I emailed Joyce requesting CONFIRMATION from her that no debit will go through my mothers account if I settle the account via EFT for the amount of R316.00. She as always ignores my emails and never returns my phone calls. When I returned from leave on 07 Jan 2014 I once again phone MBD only the hear that Joyce is on leave and that the amount has now increased to R518.00. The lady at the call centre screamed at me over the phone after I advised her that I will not pay the R518.00 due to Joyce never returning my calls/emails. I contacted Anel Kramer (A DIRECTOR OF MBD) explained her the whole story and she said SOMEONE will phone me to sort out my query. To date I have not heard anything from MBD Attorneys. MBD ATTORNEYS JUST ADS FEES AND COST TO THE BALANCE AND THEY JUST WANT MY MONEY BUT NEVER COME BACK TO ME!?!?!?! PATHETIC SERVICE!?!?!?! On the website Christopher Harradine says"Superior service for all, whether they owe or are owed." MBD needs to revisit their website. ONCE AGAIN CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PHONE ME AS I WANT TO SETTLE THE R316.00!!!
