Settlement Letter Required Since Nov 2012

My Wife had an overdue account with Cell C which later was handed over to VVM Attorneys in question. VVM Attorneys on the 5th Nov 2012 offered a 30% discount if she could settle the account which she then agreed to and settled on the 5th Nov 2012. Later that same month on the 27th Nov 2012 a Joseph Matseki contacted her replying that he will send her a settlement letter as proof that this account is fully paid up and closed. Up until today my wife has contacted VVM Attorneys spoken to one of their Supervisors (Zweli Jonas) who made empty promises of sending the Settlement letter and gave his direct number (011-3298683) should we not recieve it in the next few days. We have dialed this number which just rings with no one answering. It is almost November again and still after calling them speaking to various call centre staff each one gave us different info. Cell C even tried to get the letter from them seeing that my wife could take out a new contract with them. I need to know if there is anyone competent enough at VVM Attorneys who can assist us with a settlement letter. I hope to have this matter resolved before November 2013.
