Harassment although account paid

I am extremely annoyed with these attorneys and the way that they conduct themselves. They bought an outstanding Truworths account and I was advised that amount owed had increased form 3000 rands to over 7000 rands. Despite making many payments for a number of years to these so-called attorneys, the amount doesn't decrease and I constantly receive calls, sms's, emails to pay. This is obviously their way of ensuring that accounts such as these are never settled to keep their business afloat. I receive at least 3 calls daily and numerous sms's despite payments being made. They clearly do not know how to manage their files or accounts properly to be harassing people in this manner. I am obviously being taking advantage of by these people. I expect this to be dealt with and settled by someone who actually knows what they are doing as this will no longer be tolerated. It is because of such behaviour that people despise attorneys.
