I was contacted by MBD Attorneys and was advised that my account had been handed over to them to arrange settlement. They told me that my account could be settled if I pay the amount of R580 which I then done.

After doing so I was told to call Sandra or Joyce for a settlement letter, I finally after 2 weeks managed to get through & spoke to Sandra. She was rude and abrupt, her tone was not pleasant at all & spoke down to me like I was stupid. She advised that Woolworths had handed my account over to two different collection firms & they could not issue me with a settlement letter as this matter was under investigation with Woolworths.

I have since contacted Woolworths who are also very unhelpful. Since this was probably a because NO professional company works like this, I will be putting adds in papers & anywhere possible, I will be putting it on all social network sights by the close of business tomorrow because both MBD Attorneys & Woolworths have had ample time to sort their rubbish out. So since I have prob lost this money but If I can prevent other people from being robbed then that is worth it.
