Overcharging and sending threatening sms's

Dear VVM
Again I am really angry, so many times you send me mails and threatening sms's demanding I pay and that I am so behind, every conversation I have with one of your staff members they tell me this call is recorded for personal and security reasons, please go listen to each one this year.
I have proof of payments this year. I have asked every time for a statement and by law under consumer rights law I am entitled to demand a statement of my account. Until today I still have not received one, only demands for money. I have to call you every time using my airtime to ask for one but still have not received one. Instead I get mails stating you cannot get to my mails now as it can take up to 30 days to read the mail and I still don't get answers. On the SABC website and advertised on TV they state you only pay "At just R265 per year" quoted from the SABC website. [URL Removed]
