This lady is rude and tried to intimidate me!!

I beg you to listen to the recording of our conversation on 30/07/2013. Jacky was rude, interrupted me when I tried to talk and would not listen. She said I was screaming at her and REFUSED to pay my account and that she is going to put on the system that I was unco-operative and refused payment although I made it very clear that I would not pay any legal fees as I was not informed that my account had been handed over. She then threatened to hand me over to the lawyers and said I would have even MORE fees to pay and that she wanted my physical address so she could send out a summons in my name! I said that I would call her supervisor the next day (31/7) after I've liaised with my lawyer and that I would then make an arrangement with him. She then had the audacity to ask me how I could pay my lawyer but not their client!! When I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold and then came back saying Sibusiso would call me back in 30 minutes! I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL. I told her she was rude and that I would report Pholosa on HP; she said I would only embarrass myself! Her behavior was uncalled for. She may 'just be doing her job' but then I think she's in the wrong job.
