Not providing the service as we agreed

I join life power thruogh CREDIT CLEAR THEY TOLD ME THAT I MUST PAY 6000 then they will clear my judgements and defaults, i pay 6000 via installments of 900, then along the way they change when i told them about the problem that i had with NEDBANK about my bond that was handed over to the attorney and end up being judgement, they told me that, they wont assist me on that, when i try to get why they send me pillar to post, what i want is to council this thing and get my money back.
