Bad attitude

On Friday 06.12.13 I received a call from Denise Hanekom wrt an overdue medical account that was handed over to Nicol Davis. I firstly would like to clarify, that contrary to the statement made by Denise i.e. "You are a bad person because you don't pay your debt", that I did not receive any prior statements from the medical practitioner indicating that this account was not settled by the medical aid.

This was 1st brought to my attention 2-4 weeks ago when Denise 1st contacted me and advised that there was a payment due. I am not disputing that accounts may have been sent to me however I honestly did not receive anything as I would like to make it clear that I am not accustomed to not settling unpaid bills Admittedly I am at fault for not paying this amount as arranged with her for 04.12.2013 BUT I am appalled, disgusted and extremely upset in the manner in which she has handled this. My attitude may not have been the best however it does not give her the right to make accusations about my integrity i.e. insinuating that I don't pay my debts. She also stated that "I am not offering you a service" as if this justified the manner in which she spoke to me?? I too worked in a
