Stupid and useless a bad combination

I pay an account on the 28th of each month for my mother. VVM mail me and say not paid, then call 8 times a week at 7am and 9pm to say not paid and they taking action, I mail the proof of payment (4 times in a row now) to them and then they mail back saying thank you for payment, I then get a call just after the thank you mail saying I have not paid and they taking action. They call me almost every day to harass me and make threats, when its their system not working. We owed R3100 I have paid R1400 in 3 months to them and they say my settlement is R2910 as I have paid once. Please fix this and STOP HARASSING ME FOR YOUR ERRORS. I have asked several times, you dont reply to e-mails or return calls but are fast to harass me at all hours of the day and night for your own mistakes. STOP IT
