Cancellation of course and refund

I registered with Intec college in 2010 Fanus Potgieter assisted with the registration, i paid the amount of R4875.00 to this date the balance is R1125.00, i received only part of my study material (text books etc) i complaint before about the outstanding study material but i have not received any feedback from Intec college instead they handed my account to NCRA which affects my name badly as a bad payer. They were deducting the amount of R375 every month without any problems until i changed my account due to personal reason .lately i have been receiving statement from NCRA to come a settle the account, but how can i pay for something that i don't have it is nearly three year now with the same problem they want my money but they cant provide me with the books to study. I have lost interest in the course and the college, i need to cancel the course and need to be refunded my R4875.00 that i paid already and they need to clear my name at NCRA as this is stopping me to have credit anywhere .please assist i am sick and tired with this problem
