Account settled 3 years ago but stil sending sms

I paid my account and settled it 3 years ago. I requested a settlement letter from the store I purchased goods from which I received and sent it to this MCS Dept Solutions company to remove my name from their books which I'm surprised where did they get that account from because it was paid in full. I phoned them many times and they kept on sending me all over and promised to respond but never responded. Their details are as follows 011 990 3848 and ref no. is 3286503.
