Most disgusting service in the world

I have a listing with intec of which I resovled the matter with them because I was not at fault but that resulted me in paying. Intec sent a letter with a valid reason to remove the listing but transunnion just refused. Never the less I called their time waisting center to dispute the matter and some of the things that where on my report instead the lady I spoke to told me I must go and ask intec the email they sent to with a disgusting attitude and as I was procceding with other disputes she hung up the phone.
