Efuse to send a consent letter with case numbe

I went to intec as usual I must be on the phone explaining. I had a listing with them though it was not my fault but then we reached an agreement that I would pay off and they will advise itc to remove it but since the last time I spoke to them nothing has been done including the listing is still on my report. So I spoke to their accounts department and they said they cannot assist me because their system shows letters where sent I then asked them to atleast give me consent letter with case number ill deal with it myself and the lady told she can only instruct admin department to send the letter. My concern is that though I paid them money I shouldn't have they still run around with giving me a simple thing consent letter with case number and my life must be misserable because of them.
