VVM IS THE WORST. Tired, very tired

My Edcon account was handed over to VVM for collection. A lady from VVM contacted me and offered me a percentage off the Edcon account provided I pay the full balance, i agreed to this and the money was debited from my account. Naturally, i called VVM after a few days to recieve a paid up letter, they said it would take a month and asked that i call back in a month. It has been about 7 months now and each time i call i am told a different excuse for why the paid up letter is not in my posession up till today. i went through a rough time and got myself in debt, dealt with other debt collecting companies but this has been the WORST, MBD is far better than this, in fact i think MBD is the best, interaction with them was brief, they treated me with respect and did what they promised. Companies should really take things like this into consideration, just because it is for collections purposes it does not mean I have no value and must be treated with such bad attitudes. i have called the VVM call centre plenty of times, and i have never experienced something like this EVER, a contact centre consultant told me there was nothing they could do!!! WOW, VERY CONFUSED
